Does Your Group Qualify?
A SIMRP is a special kind of wellness plan that pays for itself through tax savings. However, your organization must meet three requirements in order to qualify for the plan. Employees Must Be W-2
Employees Must Be Full Time (or FTE)
Employees Must Have Compliant* Health Insurance
*Employees must have have qualified health insurance: through their employer, spouse, parent, the ACA exchange (if not receiving a subsidy), Tricare, Medicare Part A or C or Medicaid. ("Limited Medicaid "is not considered qualified health insurance at this time.)
